For alpine skiers ages 8-12

The Development Program (DEVO) is a good option for younger athletes who are considering a move from Buddy Werner up to USSA. This program offers additional training for the athletes. To help bridge the gap between the USSA and Buddy Werner the DEVOs will train with the USSA athletes and coaches on Saturdays and Buddy Werner on Sundays. DEVO athletes also have the opportunity to go to some of the USSA races to give it a try.

Parental Volunteers and Responsibilities are still applicable for DEVO families.
